Privacy Policy

When you ask for a free download or buy something, this site stores your email address, your first name if you gave one, and a record of what you own. That record is what unlocks your purchase when you sign in, so it is kept for as long as you have access to it.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never reach this site. Stripe tells us that a payment succeeded, for which product, and which email address made it, and that is what gets stored.

Emails are sent through Amazon SES. If you unsubscribe, the address is recorded as unsubscribed and skipped on every future send; that record has to be kept precisely so you are not mailed again.

Page views are counted in this site's own database: which page, where the visit came from, and when. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

To see or correct information held about you, or to request deletion, email support@smartyrbx.com with information needed to verify your record. Deleting a purchase record may remove associated product access. Collaboration submissions can be removed without deleting unrelated purchases.

Developer collaboration submissions may contain contact handles, links, skills, availability, proposed products, commercial claims and other voluntarily submitted information. This is privately stored and may be analyzed to evaluate possible collaborations. It is not published as a public map, sold as a contact list, or used to enroll anyone in promotional emails.

Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical challenge information to reduce automated abuse. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a collaboration. Corrections and deletion requests can be sent to support.
