Sign in at /account with the email you used at checkout. Everything you own appears there, and download links are generated fresh each time you visit.

Links expire after a few minutes on purpose, so a shared link cannot be reused by someone else. Return to your account for a new one. Your purchase itself never expires.

Sign out and sign back in using the address on the receipt. Purchases attach to the email used at checkout, and are linked to your account the first time you sign in with it.

Right-click the app and choose Open, then confirm. This appears while notarization is being completed and does not mean the app has been altered.

Email support@smartyrbx.com with the address you paid with and the product name. Purchases made on or after 5 August 2026 have 14 days, no reason needed; earlier purchases keep the window they were sold under. Refunding a product ends access to that product only.

Stripe emails one automatically at purchase. If it did not arrive, email support and it can be resent.
