Refund Policy for Products

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the courses and other products they purchase on smartyrbx.com. If you are not satisfied with a course you purchased, you may request a refund at any time if the course or product is still available on our website, for up to one (1) year from purchase, unless otherwise specified.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@smartyrbx.com. We will require your name, email associated with your order, and the reason for your refund request. Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond to you within 5 business days.

If it is clear to us that you have substantially utilized the product (e.g., completed a significant portion of a course) and it appears that you intended to request a refund after receiving the full benefits, we are not obligated to accept your refund request. We will honor all valid requests made within one (1) year from purchase unless otherwise specified, provided that the course or product is still available on our website.

If your refund request is approved, we will refund your purchase price using the same method of payment you used to purchase the product. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited to your account, and we may need to confirm additional information in order to process the refund.

If you are having technical difficulties with a course or product, please contact our customer support team at support@smartyrbx.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

Please note that our refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from smartyrbx.com. If you purchased a course or product from a third-party website or platform, you will need to contact them directly to request a refund.
